what do i do if something is wrong?

If you encounter any issues with your DuraBull trailer, please take the following steps:

  • Contact the dealer from whom you purchased the trailer, or the closest authorized DuraBull dealer, with a copy of your original receipt of purchase.

  • The dealer will inspect the trailer and determine if the problem(s) are covered by warranty. Please refrain from contacting the DuraBull factory directly for warranty claims.

  • The dealer will decide if the warranty service can be carried out by them or if the trailer must be sent back to the DuraBull factory. Please note that DuraBull Trailers do not perform non-warranty-related repairs at the factory.

  • The dealer will submit a warranty claim on behalf of you the customer.

  • If the trailer is required to return to the manufacturing facility, the customer or dealer is responsible for any shipping and towing costs.

  • If the dealer deems the claim something to do with a third-party warranty reference those warranties below.

We appreciate your choice to join the DuraBull family, and we look forward to providing you with exceptional service throughout your ownership of a DuraBull Trailer. Thank you for your trust in our products.
